fixed "sad chin" mark and brought it forward a bit. Rhino and oto
tried to darken eyebrows but its not a big enough difference

try to upturn the mouth corners with a morph

they legit make you look low trust and low IQ, combined with eyebrows

I think 90% of otoplasties end up with a banana-shaped ear. In most cases it's impossible to get a natural-looking ear with a single otoplasty
