Would eating hearts from animals make mine more powerful?

i want to eat hearts i just need to know what benefits it reaps. like. clear skin ? becus heart pumps blood i need more blood

i don't think scientifically there's a specific way which animal heart benefits ur heart, as far as i know they work like any other meat except slightly diff macronutrients etc...

but placebo might work who knows.
