With collagen being advertised so largely towards benefiting your face, I wonder if creating a “super stack” of supplements will provide a noticeable difference outside of maybe slightly clearer skin? Stack: Collagen, Vitamin C, Omega-3, CoQ10, Biotin, Vitamin D3, Magnesium, Ashwaganda, Vitamin A, and Creatine+Protein. While these improve skin elasticity, and give you clearer more glowy skin, while helping with acne and breakouts. Some of these improve sleep quality, giving better eye area, some of these improve quality of hair and nails, they reduce puffiness, and D3, K2, and (although less of a true supplement than these and more of a natural nutrient) PROTEIN, actually give bone and jaw support. Many of these are also anti-aging and wrinkles. If you’re curious you can take a deeper dive into these but I believe that a super stack like this can actually ascend make than just skin quality if done right. Thoughts/opinions?

I would write you a massive essay about it but I never get rep when I genuinely put effort and IQ into things like that

why spend all this money for skin quality when you can just use isotretinoin:lul:

because most of these give better skin quality as a secondary effect, and are healthy for other purposes

I take a bunch of these btw and trust me it won't do anything drastic, also collagen supplements are cope.

collagen is proven as the most effective out of any of these, if they didn’t help u personally it’s becuz u didn’t need it

if they didnt help me I wouldnt take them:lul: but theyre not some godsend that will ascend you, especially in the short term. If you want real noticeable results in a somewhat short timeframe pharmaceuticals are the way to go.

it’s just supplements, obviously I’m not expecting it to be drastic, but it’s a healthier option than peptides for softmaxxers.
