theres photos of the dad molesting them. its fucked up how the justice system treated them back in the 90's the prosecutor ran with the premise that "men cant be raped" and enough of the public agreed with that. also the brothers were originally tried separately but both had hung juries, so then they were tried together and the evidence of their abuse was only presented after the jury already made their decision for some reason.
