I put trend in quotes because I have never seen this IRL. Apparently this supposed trend is where a woman intentionally cranks her thong underwear up very high so it can be seen above her dress/pants.

Yeah, it was in the early 2000s when low-cut pants were also in fashion, it wasn't uncommon back then in college when a girl would bend over to pick something from the ground, to see her thong...Too bad digital cameras or phones with cameras were kinda rare and expensive back then, I couldn't immortalize many precious moments.
