You’re overdosing on a lot of shit.
Magnesium at 600mg, zinc 50mg, and calcium 3g is excessive and will wreck absorption balance (Mg:Ca:Zn ratio fucked). Letrozole without exogenous test/HGH is pointless and nukes estrogen too far, will kill joints, mood, and growth.

Cut redundancies (arginine + citrulline, leucine + EAAs/BCAAs, double iodine, double vit E, double glycine, multiple choline sources). Keep Creatine, collagen, D3+K2, boron, fish oil, NAC, magnesium (300-400mg), zinc (25mg), selenium, B-complex, and maybe BPC-157

Drop the rest until you actually know why you’re using it.
