Question : Does takiing opioids at prescribed doses still produce a euphoria or high?

Tbh I have intentionally gone out of my way to avoid hard painkillers because there is a history of addiction in my family.

Nah not really, only if u are in alot of pain and have a very high prescribed dose maybe.

Opioids are not really a door you should open if u have high addiction potential. They are just so fucking relaxed and make you feel like all is fine, and to me everything seems much more interesting when u are on them. Also they don’t really have a big comedown or anything.

I got cucked they gave me ibuprofen + paracetamol (tylenol). Also cucked me 3 times in the hospital when I LARPed I was in pain trying to get some IV opioids, they gave me 2.5mg morphine (jfl) and then I said I was still in pain and they gave me tylenol IV (jfl). I did get some tramadol when I went to my GP larping I had alot of pain though. But if I wanted stronger meds I had to contact my surgeon and I dont wanna larp to my surgeon ngl, they probably wouldn't have believed me anyway.

I think it's just that protocols changed after the opioid epidemic in the US. And in general the doctors in the Netherlands don't prescribe stuff that fast.
