optimal amount of adderall for test.

i’m taking the sat on saturday and have been taking my freinds adderall for like every test in hs but never really thought about what the optimal amount to take is where your locked i. but your also not too high. The most i’ve taken is like 40mg so i’ve never really had a high dosage. how much should i take on saturday for my sat and what time should i take it for optimal smartness.
