Optimal bideltoid?

I Am 15 soon 16 and I have a 17,7 ~ 18 inch bideltoid with a ~9 inch waist and ~10 inch hips

What is be the best ratio I should train for in terms of bidelt to waist to hips and is my current ratio already good?

20 inch bideltoid width isn't avg its considered broad by clinical standards
