Optimal fat loss without moving a dumbbell?

I’m only studying and eating and I wanna lose 10 kgs bc I might get good grades lol,
will water fasting only make me lose muscle, or should I eat only chicken and nothing else
Or is there no way

Firstly, i wouldnt say u should do a massive cut since u r studying. Your focus will be fucked bcs u r very hungry.

Have a normal kcal deficit so you can lose weight. https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html


put ur shtt in and see whats ur maintenance. then you chose hwo much weight you want to lose and stick to that kcal intake.
Secondly, have a predominantly protein diet. Protein is satiating meaning it keeps u full for longer.
Im not telling you to have only protein and meat. but have more of it, reduce any goyslop if u eat any.

Also along with that have complex carbs, complex carbs are long chained carbohydrates so your body needs more time to hydrolys (break bonds) in the carbohydrate chains while digesting. The benefits of this is you have more energy and you feel more full. Foods like this are potatoes/rice/oats/granola.

Protein only diet is good but not as a student since you need energy for your brain. If you want to do a protein only diet you should probably do it during a period where you are not in some education. You need carbs for your brain to function. have a diet like 80% protein 20% carbs. Also you can have fiber which will also keep you full for longer. If you want, personally i think doing an intermittent fast is probably good, so you can do liek 20 hours of no food start it around 8pm and end it at 4pm the next day where you dont eat during that a time. then in that 4 hour window you can eat loads of proteins. but dont overdo it because you might just have a surplus. during your fasting period you can have water/black coffee/black tea. Basically anything zero kcal.

Syrians drink lots of tea w sugar, that breaks the fast?

Brutal truth risky long term. Eat 150g to prevent muscle loss. Water fast , basically starve yourself for 2 weeks and itll be good

why would you care about loosing muscle in the first place when you are skinny, girl's aren't looking at you I wouldn't worry about that

realistically starving will make you lose weight drastically but it will make you lose muscle ofc p.s back in april i was starving like 1-2 days and eating very low cal or almost nothing it made me lose 22-25 kgs from 85 to 62 kg and i also didnt have alot to lose since i didnt have much muscle mass then like 4 months ago in september after summer i started working out and im building muscle fast beginners phase and also my frame is pretty good so depends on your body and your fat storage where its stored more i still have a little fat on my stomach and im seeing it fade away due to building muscle i think

My face isn’t too fat I want it sharper tho, and u store lots of fat in my love handles
Did ur weight loss make u defined or just look smaller? And how much time it took

well my face was pretty chubby and when i lost weight i gained some angularity now ofc its more defined , i still have a little love handles but as i said its getting lost the weight loss when i starved took like 1 and a half months to 2 months then in summer i ate but not alot so i stayed the same weight til i started working out since the ive gained 7kg but i dont see more fat gain just more muscle

20 kgs is massive you should’ve lost everything
