Options for submanibular gland being large/fat?

I’m probably around 16% body fat but my submandibular glands nerf the absolute fuck out of my jawline and make me wanna rope. I think it may be stubborn fat and not a swollen gland due to the rareness of it but I know there is most likely not any softmaxxes. If there are ANY let me know and also hardmaxxes as well but keep in mind I am 16

Any for sure signs? In the past couple months I had this thing that started around June probably and pretty much everytime I ate I threw up or felt like I had to, also with drinking lots of water I would throw up as well. It went on for probably 3 months some days or weeks more severe than others but I started taking 50mg of Pepcid every night and it started getting better.

Just hope its an infection or something cus one my glands was swollen and it turned out to be a infection that had already healedd and it was just a inflamed tissue left
