Options for widening mandible?

I have a 10.5 cm width mandible above the bugonial but it narrows down to gay 9.5cm because of previous dental issues

i have tried looking online for this but I haven’t got a good answer.

how much lateral projection for the jaw can a chin wing or side wing give

And I what is the best option for a sharp angular jaw a mix of side wing/chin wing then conservative wraparounds?

I’d have thought bone is best

hopefully we’ll have those 3D printed bone implants within a few years
