Options for wider jaw?

If you would like increased jaw width, actually paying to have it done, other than jaw implants or wraparound, what other options are there that are permanent? Are those 2 literally the only ones that can increase how wide your jaw is? I was initially thinking fillers, but fuck going back every 6 months.

If you want chad lower third wraparound implant is your best bet, its 13k USD with Dr Eppley for a custom made one, he makes it to your specifications, you can give him pictures to use of what you want your result to resemble, and tell him exactly what you want in terms of measurements and he'll design it to that. althought there are other surgeons to, Dr Joel DeFrancq in europe does em for 9k, a lot of maxillofacial surgeons do it too and they do it to a pretty good standard.
