ive been on it for like 2 months, i just took some photos for comparison and im ngl i cant tell if the minoxidil helped at all, maybe a slight difference but nothing meaningful, these are 5 months apart

I havent even tried oral min yet so i dont know how bad the bloat is but i recon if you flush out built up water retention and do a flush with furosemide you could go days without being bloated. If not you could do low dosage like 10mg a day and keep your electrolytes high

Well yes aldosterone is a part of the reason for the bloat but not the whole story. Its mostly water retention because it increases renal sodium reabsorption. Because of that eple is dogshit for oral min bloat. Loop diuretics are much stronger because they block sodium reabsorption.

Low-dose oral minoxidil won't bloat you whatsoever if you're already taking Eplerenone. I've been on 2.5mg minox & 25mg Eplerenone daily with no bloating whatsoever @ 12% bf.
