Oral minoxidil + dutasterid Shedding

So It’s week 4 now, 5mg oral minoxidil ED and 5mg dutasterid E2D, im shedding so much, it’s so bad actually, I didn’t have hair loss before, had normal thick black hair, apparently it’s normal to shed this much because “muh it pushes old hair out and regrows new hair thicker and better” according to chatgpt, has anyone ever experienced this? Help tf do I do, chatgpt tells me do not stop taking medication or it will make it worse, it’s probably from the oral minoxidil but damn its bad, for longer eyelashes and brows not really worth it, ordered RU-58841 + pyrilutamid spray

Yes, they are lab tested pills from sigma audley, 5mg each, that’s a lot so that’s why I take them every two days so it equals to 2.5mg ed, im gonna go from 500mg test to 200mg and use every hair research Chem there is out there if my hair continues to get any worse idgaf anymore, if I lose my hair in any way, I will kill myself I’m not joking, i wouldn’t be able to live my life fully

I think like 30% I don’t remember I can find the study if you want. But with ur dosage you’re still getting at least a 1.5mg absorbed.

Me I do 2.5mg ED capsule format brand dutas is the 2nd best after avodart, buy from online pharmas on indiamart. AAS sellers don’t have capsule format I think.

Yeah and you will go through periodic sheds over the years aswell but after the first year or so you should be above baseline most of the time. Just think of it as your usual cyclical sheds being larger than they were previously.

First year its easy to fixate on your hair allot but its better to just try and avoid overfocusing on it. After a year with you being above where you were to start you probably wont notice the sheds much.
