So I ran both simultaneously
What I can tell you topical does the same shi just rub it for 1 month and you will have mogger eylashes but reapply it at least one week so you dont lose the shit

I didn’t experience bloat from oral also I kinda have genetical eyebags so the oral just enhanced them
