Oral or Topical Minoxidil?

Planning on growing my eyebrows and eyelashes, primarily eyelashes. Or is there anything else that might be better? I need a prescription for latisse over here so that's out of the question

oral is best for especially lashes, you could use topical on ur brows but ur eyelashes is abit too inconvenient for topical
