Most white people already have deepset eyes, witch is a prerequisite for good looks. The truth is not many white people have a good Jaw/Nose/Chin.

Orbital decompression is only aesthetically good if It is done by ray or Douglas and it needs to be done only if you don't already have deepset eyes witch most white people already have making it useless.
