assuming op's eyes aren't bulging out his skull like this dude he should be fine with his stack. Gandy has negative orbital vector(his eyes are kinda shallow set) tightening the lower lid and raising it would be just fine IMO. Plus doesn't orbital decompression significantly lower the width of the eye?

Tbh very much depends on the person, if you actually have bulging eyes like that guy did then it’s a must, but if you’re just trying to enhance your eye area the results are not worth the trouble imo
