Orbital decompression without the supraorbital bones will just make your eyes look more concave

Doing orbital decompression without having the supraorbital bone close enough to the eyes on the top will make your eyes look like this.
There is simply no bone to support it, so you can't be hooded. Since there is nothing to support it there the eyelid will just collapse in. Looks very weird imo.

imho yes. even though his eyes might appear a bit more bugy then their actually through the total lack of hooding. if you look at the lower eyelid its not that extremely bulgy (less then taylor hill for example)
