You can't do much when it comes to the bone insertions, but training your delts and lats will help a lot with the v-taper typa look

Man fuck orb’s transformation he just fixed his skin and got jacked. His face was the same as a teen, the pic w him w long hair, his jaw was magnificent already

At least its not fucking amnesia’s transformation where he got roided, tanned and 6 inch lifts and a car picture

i just admire his frame, its insane, also idk why but orbs flaws make him look better imo,

Skull size can make your frame look smaller in comparison to your head. A person with a small skull on Dwayne Johnson’s physique would look like a 30 inch bidelt.
