I always had long clavicles my shoulders were just chronically retracted due to the scapula being too tight.

my split is absolutely garbage.
it's essentially just 5 sets of 2 movements for 10-15 reps.
  • monday: barbell curls and pullovers
  • tuesday: t-bar rows and overhead press
  • wednesday: skullcrushers and more barbell curls
  • thursday: t-bar rows and incline bench
  • friday: bodyweight for core.
  • saturday: incline bench and overhead press.
  • sunday: squats.
I add reps until I accumulate 5+ extra reps (each set) then I drop the volume back down to 10 and add weight.

all performed in a grease the groove style doing like 2-3 sets an hour throughout the entire evening.

I don't track my macros or calories.

Do do you restrict any food types and eat relatively healthy? Or eat whatever whenever? Either way miring hard because I have a structured diet that I have to follow

I stop eating filler foods like potatoes, rice and pasta when I'm cutting.

no macro restrictions I just have textural issues with many foods.

all of my sets are to failure pretty much.
nevermind that is mech tension, the split is elite besides the frequency tbh and the only other issue is hitting 10 sets of tbar a week pretty sure you shouldn't hit a muscle group more than 6 sets weekly but it seems to be working for you
