Order from wwb seized?

I recently ordered from wwb on Jan 1 to Canada, it's jan 21st and my order hasn't moved in 1 week after entering Canada. I checked tracking on my side but it says that the Order cleared customs on jan 14th (check attachments), but on WWB's side (Cavan221), he says that the order was seized and does not want to re-ship or help me with after sale services. Does anyone have a clue what is happening?

just type wwb in the search and it will pull up, calvan is known for being horrible at replying I used the other dude lol. Id just give it time, they are most likely busy. idk if Canada has it but USPS was fully updated while China was delayed.
