Got a solid surgery plan, but what order should this be done. Osteotomies than implants than muscular surgeries such as canthoplasty and rhino?

Plan on trimax but afterwards getting an full facial remolding via implants

Osteotomies first, then implants, then soft tissue work if you want to be on the safe side. Reality is there is room for crossovers, like trimax+inframalar, implants+canto/rhino/whatever.

Taking things one at a time is safer as you get time to reassess whats needed after each surgery, but will be significantly more expensive and time consuming
