Gunner	Manages the cannons and firepower. Explosives expert. Loves big booms.
Navigator	Charts the course, reads the stars. The ship is blind without them. Lowkey wizard vibes.
Cook	Feeds the crew and keeps morale high. Bonus if they’re also secretly a poisoner.
Surgeon	Patch-up pro. Keeps the crew alive after battles. Often a little unhinged.
Cabin Boy/Girl	Rookie or servant. Can be a spy, a prodigy, or someone rising fast.
