Light themed org is burning
Your retinas and is stopping you from ascending because light mode has too much blue light.
While dark theme orged has less blue light
Too much blue light disrupts sleep by suppressing melatonin by potentially damaging retinal cells.
Sleep is the most important key to your ascension btw
When I was using dark theme org I would sleep at 7:00pm and fall asleep at 8:30 mostly
But since I started using light themed org i sleep at 7:00pm now and fall asleep at 9-11pm
