Aint blessed yall with a recipe in a while:
Heres a Chicken salad that will make you cum, i usually make this at night after training, (and dont be a macrobitch optimal gymcel and complain about calories and macros, its a salad with protein nigga, just dont eat goyslop and workout hard)
.Cooked Chicken (i use leftovers or takeout chicken breasts/wings)
.Greek yogurt
.BBQ sauce
.honey
.Butter
.garlic paste
. Paprika
. Herbs of your choice (mint, basil, etc)
.Iceberg lettuce
.parsley
.tahini (optional)
.salt
.tomatoes
.cucumbers
. Black pepper
.Olive oil
. Halloumi / or feta cheese
. Black/green pitted olives
. Sweetcorn
Simple enough really:
For the actual salad mix the tahini, greek yogurt, olive oil and herbs till its fully incorporated, then finely chop and add all the veggies e.t.c
For the chicken part:
Shred your chicken, heat up a pan with butter, add the garlic paste, mix in the bbq sauce, and honey, (if you dont want the glaze then just add the chicken), cook it till it gets crispy
Then just mix the chicken with the actual salad.
