I'm 17 years old, suffer from slight tmj on one side, uneven open bite, and crossbite. I'm going to ortho soon to fix issue. Also have a narrow palate, which seems to be root cause.

What palatal expander is the best for me? MSE, MARPE, etc. and why?

What braces should I get? I heard damon are the best
