So this my ortho plan, lmk if any refinement / improvement can be made. Doc is in favour si far. Main goals- forward growth, jaw assymetry correction, zygo + maxilla expansion, straighten teeth etc

Stuff for expansion:
marpe or maspe- doc still considering for my case
In combination with:
Bamp
facemask w upward vector
meaw
bite turbos
tad
elasrics

After expansion:

retainers+damon braces +myo for retention

Stuff to accelerate proccess:
corticotomy, alt ramec and fiberotomy to speed up treatment, also looking at sm light and vibration stuff


Yeah thats it. Lmk any improvements, 15, money not issue, non surgical rn, suture open. I didnt rlly go into detail explaining each so pls only reply if u knowlegable or dyor. Preciate

face mask with ccw probably is cope. could you explain to me how you are going to move bone up into bone?

Its not moving bone into bone in that sense. Bc of the expansion and corticotomy, the bone demineralises and becomes more malleable. And the sutures widen anyway so there is mobility

What about other stuff is that cope or nah
