Ortho/surgery? Crowded teeth

Last ortho I seen a year and a bit ago wanted to remove 4 pre molars and all wisdom teeth due to over crowding jfl glad I didn’t have it done.
What are my options to expand my jaw to straighten my teeth w/o extractions?
Id be too old for a palate expander no? If so what would be the next best option

A normal palate expander would work as long as ur palate hasnt fused, considering ur 16 it could still work.

If it has fused look into a surgically assisted palate expander, SARPE.

Good on not agreeing to extract any teeth, should only be done as an absolute last resort. (Not wisdom teeth)

Seen so many threads of people getting botched from sarpe on here have u seen Good result photos?

A good thing to remember is people in general post bad results more often then good results.

But if ur bones has fused u don't really have any other options, there is mse which is like a stronger version of marpe.

If u would need sarpe the ortho would probably only need to losen up ur sutures very little since ur 16.

Idk ur exact situation but removing 4 teeth would probably look worse even if the outcome of sarpe isn't 100%
