There are specific clinics that only care for aestetics, mark me as solution

it wouldn't because it would just pull my lf1 area more forward iqlet i need a cw rotation of rotation of the maxilla cause its downgrown and ccw of mandible with more projection i just need to know what appliances promote this type of growth

Only orthodontic appliances that can do this are herbst and twin block, but they only produce visible effects until around age 14. After that, only bsso can achieve that level of mandibular projection.
For your morph to become reality, u would also need supraorbital and paranasal implants.

i said replicate i didn't say 1 of 1 and no appliance orthdontic is obv gonna change my eye area depth and make my nose straight

what about the maxillary area to push the mouth backwards and rotate it? TADs? or extraction with braces

TADs and braces cannot produce visible effects on the side profile and are mostly used for clinical purposes, like correcting bite issues.
There are orthognathic surgeries that can move the maxilla backward, but aesthetically this doesnt make much sense since it reduces facial convexity. BSSO is a much better option.

the ortho i go to said he was going to do braces i figured its to make the E-line better and more aesthetic while i still have a chance for the mandible to grow

would u think its autistic to show the ortho this specific morph and ask him is it replicatable to an extent cus i mean they prolly also deal with people who care about aesthetics or would i be weird

Absolutely not. You should definitely show it to them.. u are the one paying so u deserve to get exactly what you want
