From your point of view, which orthodontic appliances work best for improving jaw growth, facial balance and symmetry in the long run? Ive been thinking about MSE or some other stuff.

probably none. You've seen this from tiktok accounts promoting it for looks like bwython who gets sponsored by orthos. If your palate is actually narrow it can help you from a health perspective. with expansion you're actually risking asymmetry and widening of the nose
