Specifically for the lower jaw area i happen to be unable to find any effective orthodontic appliance that can cause "forward growth", MARA and forsus appliances seem like the only real "power" options, obviously since im already past peak puberty no changes are going to be skeletal but they both give the illusion of a better projected lower jaw area since it forces ur jaw in a jutting position, while other orthodontics like Herbst is shown to have little to no effect past 14 same goes for twin blocks and bionator, was thinking about head gear but is it also too late at 19?
