Orthodontic treatment (i extractions and others)

So 2 years ago i had a herbst for my orthodontic treatment, then he gave me rubber bands which i probably didnt wear at all, and 1 year ago i had premolar extractions, tbh idk if my face changed , my bone structure, will getting a pallet expander help me, or opening up the extraction spaces back and replacing it with an inplant help, im worried , also i feel my upper pallete is small, while my lower pallete is wide af, possibly because of the extraction just in the upper arch?

Rn im 15 so maybe palletal expansion is also a way, im not sure about jaw surgery,
