so what i have is narrow jaw, big teeth, flared teeth, and overcrowded mouth, with overjet/overbite. for my plan my orthodontics wants to remove 2 upper premolar teeth, do rapid palatal expansion, and braces. Is this the right plan for me or is there any other routes i can do.

removing teeth will fuck up your facial depth, you need some sort of palate expander first and see if you can pair it with some sort of mouthguard like myobrace

ideally you'd get a palate expander like biobloc since it's more symmetrical and gives better forward growth but it's also slower and won't really work that well unless you can split the suture

That’s not how it works, the only way you could save it would be getting some kind of veneers in the some spot

@tgwue If you’re getting teeth taken out with braces that’ll annihilate your facial depth because the braces will push your teeth together against the spot where the teeth is missing, genuinely if you don’t wanna fuck up your facial depth don’t get teeth taken out

That’s not how it works, the only way you could save it would be getting some kind of veneers in the some spot

so if theres no retraction pulling it backwards with braces im good till I get the teeth implants then right?

Maybe but tbh, you’re better off getting some kinda clear braces mouthguard (like Myobrace) even off aliexpress if you can’t afford the real one because that will mould your bite rather than just pulling your teeth together

removing premolars = instant flat face. dentists love pulling teeth because it's easier. wider jaw > narrow, so you need expansion not retraction.
mse, sarpe, even a simple palate expander or myobrace will give you more width and forward growth. extractions + braces just pull everything back and makes you look more recessed jfl.
get a second opinion from a surgeon or orthotropist before you let them yank. drop bf, chew hard gum, mew, improve posture. you can't grow bone easily after it's gone.
cope and keep maxxing.
