I really need someone to read this, sorry for it being too long, its and in depth description about me.

Im turning 17 and I feel like I lack oral volume. When I speak, my hyoid drops noticeably, but when I do mewing or stick my tongue out it doesn’t, so there’s clearly something going on. Antero-posteriorly it shouldn’t be an issue since my SNA is 81.8 and SNB is 81.3.
I’ve had Damon braces for about 3–4 years and still have them. I was considering MARPE and was supposed to get a CBCT, but I postponed it for now since my next orthodontist appointment is still some time away.

The problem is I don’t want MARPE because of the potential clockwise rotation. My philtrum is already relatively long, though balanced by my chin (ratio around 1.95–2, which is close to ideal). I’ve seen cases where expansion seemed to lengthen the midface, especially the philtrum, which could ruin that balance.

My teeth are already somewhat flared from orthodontics, so further flaring may not be possible. I originally had braces because of crowding

I need some advice from people who ve gone through or know some things or two about orthodontics. I know many of yall will dnr, but id love some advice. What should i do?

Ill attach 2 poctures of my sides with normal tongue posture, not low not talking just how i normally look with proper tongue posture(not forced btw)
