If someone has had pre molar extractions as a pre teen/teen, would it be possible to reverse that in their mid teens with other orthodontic interventions or is it impossible and they should just get surgery when they turn 18

You should’ve had bone grafts to replace the lost support.

If you’re recessed you’ll need maxillofacial surgery.
