Orthodontis didn’t approve marpe

My orthodontist said that i dont need marpe but i want it so frickin bad like it could help me ascend more should i cope about problems and get marpe and does proper thumbpulling help expand palate like marpe or at least does it contribute at all?

if they didn't approve it your palate width isn't the problem.
If your zygos are barely visible just surgerymax when older and in teen's focus on mechanical tension (chew hard foods)

thank you and btw are there any ways to make my maxilla move forward? İ think it is a little recessed maybe thats why i only see forward growth in my mandible

have proper diet and do humming trough nose, search it up
