My Orthodontist gave me some kind of mothguard
that makes my jaw even More recessed he told me to wear it everyday for 6 months is it like some kind of trust the process thing or should I just not wear it

And also do I tell the Orthodontist I didnt want to wear it bc it makes me recessed or what should i tell him?
