Hey y’all I’m 16 I have malocclusions crooked teeth a narrow plate slight bi maxillary protrusion and an underdeveloped jaw and slight assymetry
I need an orthodontist/orthotropic that specializes in facial aesthetics so they don’t ruin my face as I have seen so many fall victim to this I need someone with good experience and give me good guaranteed results give me good dental health and improve my facial aesthetics

Who could I potentially work with Dr Mike Mew?!
I just need guidance to be pointed in the right direction and avoid years of regret I need to get these done before I turn 17 or 18

I mean if you have a prtho that correct the bite by increasing the the width of the arches as much as it can be, often not that much because of the lower jaw arch not being able to widen without stupid procedures. Then the ortho have done what he/she can for the aesthetics

Just regular braces, there are no lower palate expanders. Your lower arch is you your limit, but most of the time its the upper arch thats sets limits
