Orthognathic Surgery for OP

atm I have an overbite, was talking to my orthodontist and he doesn’t even want to extract teeth because my jaw won’t fit anyway. I got referred to a jaw surgeon who will asses my face. I’m having some trouble finding a before an after of a person who got their overbite fixed through orthognathic surgery. If you have any images post below. Also should I cycle Test e now or before surgery ? I’m 18, 6’4 here is what I look like
