Orthotropic Appliances

are orthotropic appliances cope? at 16 im trying to fix my deepbite and narrow palate have gotten advice that braces will actually pull back my maxilla and make me more recessed making the teeth aligned but not fixing the issue i actually have.

i believe i have class 2 div 1 malocclusion where my bottom incisors retrocline and cause my teeth to not match, i also suffer from a narrow palate which would also be fixed with an orthotropic appliance.

seeking advice in this thread cus i haven’t found many results online and i’ve seen mixed opinions about the effectiveness of orthotropics here

u reckon i should get mse before or after i fix my bite, i still dk how to fix it cus i dont really want retarted elastics and idk if any orthos will do other methods I've researched, and surgery isnt an option probs cus im not recessed and my bite is dental
