I don't know what's happening to my body: in this final part of my cutting I have just reduced my diet to 240 grams of beans and 300 grams of chicken breast, in order to reach 10% body fat.
However, instead of losing weight, I noticed I have just gained 1kg in the last 2 weeks. The calorie intake is so low that this kilogram can't be stored fat but it must be lean muscle.
