Unfortunately it cant, the soft skin gets affected very little.

Im a long midfacecel too i know the pain.

The only possibility is if the maxilla pushes the nose up so that it looks shorter when facing forward but thats just a small mask of it, the midface ratio will not be affected unfortunately, only ways i can remember out of my head right now to do that are lip lift, neurocranium reconstruction and like box osteotomies.

the womans midface changed but she also had other stuff done like bimax. Still bimax alone will not change ur midface ratio

any chance that through lefort 1 impaction afterwards you will be able to shorter your nose more with rhinoplasty or something

As far as i know it cant be done unless maybe super botch the tip but that wouldnt be practical.

The only way to shorten your midface is counterclockwise rotation and advancement + upper lip lift.
