Other options to OBO?

I have seen eppley putting implants on the inside of the bottom eye socket. Is this for adjusting height to the eye? I guess he is removing some bone on the upper part of the eye socket as well.

Is this an alternative to orbital box osteotomy?

I have a slight assymetry where one eye is a little further up than the other, but as far as i know OBO is not really good for mixing very small assymetries.
