Other than more roids is there anything i can do?

so i took like 500mg test and anadrol for a bit and saw bascially close to nothing, i was just wondering other than more roids and adding hgh is there anything i can do or any secret fking compound, and could the roids not be working due to my high body fat????? im kinda like skinny fat maybe 20-22 percent body fat.

height and bones and of course muscle, and the reason im at this body fat is cause i have seen height growth last 4 months when bulking, so im scared to cut. also you think the bodyfat could make the steroids not work at all?
