In theory, to reduce midface length, you could cut the maxilla in half horizontally and remove a few mm of bone, in theory though. It would be brutality and worse risk than a lefort 3. Maybe as technology progresses something like this will come out

There isn’t a single modified Lefort that decreases the actual nose length. And even if some genius PSL aspie came up with a way to make the maxilla shorter, how would you make the soft tissue shorter as well? The results would look terrible because the soft tissue would stay the same while your maxilla underneath would be shorter.

Smiling wont decrease midface lenght. Soft tisue wont move upwards that much to decrease midface ratio by whole 0.1.
Also you can measure pupil to nose ratio and see visibly decreased lenght so stop coping.

That wouldnt really work tbh, if you rotate your nose too much you would end up with an overly upturned nose and exposed nostrils, also your nasofrontal angle would change.

Ur ipd isn’t ur problem i never noticed and not even when you tell me it don’t looks bad at all. Ur pfl is good enough. I have same ES ratio as Pitt but my eyes still look kind of close because i also have same pfl as Pitt (he has low pfl) but i’m lacking his harmony

This could theoretically be done but the whole entire soft tissue would have to be peeled off and there’s no way to make the soft tissue of your nose shorter. Your whole entire face would have to be sculpted. It would be the most insane surgery ever.

Some of you are really low iq to believe that maxilla reduction with LF3 would decrease midface lenght but cope hard with fact that ther midface and overall perceived skull lenght decreased.
Also go to the mirror stand with ur ugly face in a front of this and smile, i dont know how fucked up ur skull must be cuz when i smile then my columella doesnt move
