I need otoplasty. It is my only failo. Id be HTN+ if it werent for my monkey flaps.

My ears are tilted CCW and appear rlly low set because of it. Earlobe is kinda long too.

Can otoplasty provide CW rotation, pinning back and lobe reduction?

Anyone with experience?

Yeah bro, otoplasty can definitely fix all that pinning back, slight rotation, and even lobe reduction if your surgeon’s skilled. The key is finding someone who focuses on aesthetic balance, not just medical correction. Tell them specifically you want a clockwise rotation and improved ear height appearance. Also, bring reference pics during the consult, surgeons actually use those to plan the rotation and angle. If it’s done right, it can completely change your side profile and frame your face better.
