Has anyone here ever undergone otoplasty? I have one ear that sticks out a lot more than the other like Machine Gun Kelly or Judd Trump and it's probably my biggest flaw, I've always been insecure about them since i can remember, anyone know if this surgery worth it or is it just going to not work and go back to how it looks now after a year or so?

I did it. Had it numbed and was awake while to tell the doctor what to do. I'd be awake. My doctor had a problem with putting them the closet to my head. Do it. PM me pic. Surgery was 45-60 minute per ear.

i remember you from .is, but my ears are terrible, it's a family trait I think but mine are the absolute worse of them all

Yeah, it sucks to have horrible features/traits carried by your family.
