How much does face matter?
About 76% of a man TOTAL PHYSICAL attractiveness is decided by face + body.
About 52% is face.
About 24% is body.
The other 24%, is I guess stuff like hair, style, grooming, etc...

So. Face matters 2 times as much as body, for a man his attractiveness!

I think it's the wrong way to visualise it, because percentages imply that one thing can make up for another if it is important enough. Height is a dealbreaker trait. If you are a below a certain height no amount of facial aesthetics will make up for it, and if you are above some arbitrary height threshold then face is by far the most important trait.

A better way to visualise these things is to imagine a series of gates. Height is the very first way in which you are judged, since it is the most immediately obvious physical trait. Face is the next gate you have to pass. After passing those gates you still have to deal with redpill and bluepill gates but the easier you clear the blackpill gates the less important later gates are.
